Credit Suisse Business School - how to roll out a new advisory process globally
Wednesday, August 1 2007
Recently we were at the Credit Suisse Business School to talk to Mr Andreas Iten and Mr Othmar Cueni, Managing Director and Head Private Banking Institute. They shared their experience with us about the global roll-out of a new advisory process at Credit Suisse Private Banking, which the CS Business School was implementing worldwide.
The goal of the introduction of this advisory process (see slide below) was to standardize the quality of advice across the bank, while allowing relationship managers the freedom to cater to each individual client with their own personal style. It’s the typical challenge of balancing standardization and individuality in order to gain in efficiency and set quality norms.
In the webcast Mr Iten and Mr Cueni tell us about the challenges of this project and how they managed change to achieve success at a global level.
